Research Associate in Stakeholder Engagement and Knowledge Translation

Full-time (37 hrs per week); Fixed-term to 31 March 2025

A Research Associate is sought to work within the Peter Harrison Centre for Disability Sport to identify and understand the needs and direction of key stakeholders associated within disability sport, to translate existing research evidence and to identify new research directions.


A PhD in a relevant sport or social sciences field is required alongside experience of designing and conducting qualitative research and of undertaking literature reviews. The candidate must have strong analytic skills and the ability to interpret, translate and communicate research evidence to a diverse range of audiences. Knowledge of disability sport and para-sport organisations is essential.


This full-time post is offered on a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2025.
