Research Associate in Health Psychology

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly motivated and ambitious post-doctoral Research Associate with an interest in the interface between psychological factors and physical health, and how and why psychological interventions affect physical health outcomes. The successful applicant will join a vibrant multidisciplinary team working on the NIHR funded REDUCE programme . The programme is evaluating the clinical effectiveness of a behavioural intervention designed to improve outcomes in people with Diabetes and at risk of foot ulcers. The post would suit someone with experience of conducting research in NHS settings and experience of developing and evaluating behavioural interventions.  For more information on the REDUCE programme and informal enquiries, please contact Kavita Vedhara at [email protected]

This position is full-time, 35 hours per week and fixed term for 15 months.

Salary: £39,347 - £44,263 per annum (Grade 6)
