Applications are invited for appointment as Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine (Ref.:524179), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Requirements

  • a Ph.D. or MD(Res) degree in the tumor immunology, immunotherapy, oncology and/or synthetic biology;
  • at least 2 years’ postdoctoral experience;
  • strong publication record;
  • experience in writing grant proposals for the research programs;
  • experience in working with students and collaborators;
  • fluency in English, Mandarin and preferably Cantonese;
  • excellent skills in administrative work;
  • experience in studying extracellular vesicles and gene editing in immune cells are preferred.
