We seek a Research Assistant to develop and demonstrate AI based models for generative design of industrially relevant unit operations. The role holder will assist and support the research team at the University of Nottingham associated with the EPSRC funded Prosperity Partnership “Accelerated Discovery and Development of New Medicines”, which is operated in partnership with GSK. This is a fixed term, part time role under the supervision of Professor Ricky Wildman (Engineering) and Professor Ender Ozcan (Computer Science).  

This post is available on a fixed term basis until 30/09/2024. Hours of work are part time (20 hours). 

Requests for secondment from internal candidates may be considered on the basis that prior agreement has been sought from both your current line manager and the manager of your substantive post, if you are already undertaking a secondment role.
