An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the School of Computer Science and Informatics. You will be joining Cardiff University, one of the UK’s leading research led universities, as a Research Assistant within the Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Human Machine Systems (IROHMS), which is funded by the Welsh Government European Regional Development fund.

The successful candidate will be conducting research within the areas of areas of Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Robot Interaction, Interaction Design and Pervasive and Ubiquitous Computing. You will contribute to the overall research performance of the School and University, carrying out research leading to the publishing of work in high-quality journals; pursuing excellence in research and inspiring others to do the same.

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), fixed term until 30 September 2022 and available immediately.

Salary: £27,511 - £31,866 per annum (Grade 5)
