Research and Enterprise Personal Assistant

Leeds Beckett University has an exciting opportunity for a high performing  skilled Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our Research & Enterprise Leadership Team, primarily assisting the Director of Research and Knowledge Exchange Services.

This role is central to ensuring the smooth operation of the team, managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organising senior University meetings, preparing essential documents, and maintaining effective office systems to support our service. You will also provide support to the office as a whole and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Wellbeing regulations.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar role, demonstrating excellent organisational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills. The ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders is crucial.
