Applications are invited for the post of Research Administrator in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology within the School of Clinical Medicine.
You will be working on the Pregnancy Outcome Predictions Study Part 2 (POPS2), an observational cohort study building on the work of the hugely successful POPS. The study is focused on evaluating and developing new diagnostic methods to understand and prevent placentally-related complications in human pregnancy.
The postholder will work as an effective team member and carry out a range of specific activities in support of research Midwives, Sonographers and Laboratory Technicians, involving direct contact with potential and consented study participants.
Responsibilities will include the collection and reporting of trial data, maintenance of trial documentation in accordance with GCP guidelines, entering shifts onto rotas and appointment scheduling.
The funds for this post are available for 3 years in the first instance.
