This is an exciting opportunity to become a member of the Registry team and play a key role in supporting the quality of the student record. We are seeking to appoint a replacement for the current postholder, who leaves us having created a solid foundation from which to maintain and build.

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the student data and the static data held in the SITS student management system. Working closely with the Student Records, Fees, and Module Assessment Manager the post holder will set up and maintain static data, produce exception reports to allow staff in Registry to maintain the accuracy and quality of the data in SITS, oversee Registry’s data sharing and data transfer agreements, and maintain productive working relationships with colleagues across the University, including Digital and Technology Services and Strategic Planning.

Your priorities will include:

  • Setting up and maintaining data in SITS student management system
  • Liaising with schools and directorates on SITS data set-up
  • Undertaking data cleansing in SITS
  • Supporting staff and arranging training sessions on the set-up and maintenance of the student record
