We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic individual as part of the Statutory Reporting team within the Registry Services Directorate.

The Registry Services Directorate  fulfils an essential role in supporting the University’s delivery of high-quality learning opportunities to its students by managing a range of central services for students and staff. The Registry Services Directorate comprises of 11 teams – Research Services, Exams & Graduate Services, Timetabling, Systems, UKVI, Records, Fees & Funding, Statutory Reporting, wlvonline, Ask and Apprenticeship Operations. 

The Statutory Reporting team are responsible for the University’s student-based external reporting – most notably to HESA. You will work with the wider team to understand and implement external data requirements as stipulated by HESA, OfS, and other statutory or regulatory bodies. In addition, the role will also be integral in identifying and implementing process changes in support of more efficient internal and external dataflows.
