Hult Prize Foundation is looking for a highly motivated and talented Boston-based Regional Manager to lead our North America Regional team and operations. We are a global team tasked with spreading the message of the Hult Prize Foundation to the world. Each year, we invite tens of thousands of students from around the world to join our community of changemakers by developing social ventures addressing some of the world's most pressing issues. 

As the North America Regional Manager, you will provide leadership and strategic direction for the development of the personalization of the Hult Prize experience for our community members in North America (Canada & USA). You will play a vital role in expanding the Hult Prize university's presence in the region and defining the success of the distinct phases of the Hult Prize program, including OnCampus, and the Regional Summits. 

Primary Responsibilities 

  • Define and own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Hult Prize phases, in the North America region. 
  • Work with a diverse team to clarify objectives, prioritize, and make decisions in a complex space. 
  • Move seamlessly between strategic decision-making and tactical implementation. 
  • Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and set performance objectives.  
  • Transparently communicate priorities and progress to stakeholders. 
  • Recruiting, training, and supporting Regional Specialists. 
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow the community and expand the Hult Prize presence in Canadian and American universities, colleges, and schools. 
  • Planning and leading the execution of the Hult Prize 2023 Regional Summits in the Region.
  • Managing all stakeholders’ relations of the region, including organizers, entrepreneurs, experts, and more.  
  • Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.  
  • Ensure company standards and procedures are followed.  
  • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of operations.  

Requirements  

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration, management, or a familiar field. 
  • Native English speaker. 
  • 2+ years of management and leadership experience.  
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing, sales, and customer experience management principles. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.  
  • Excellent team player and leadership skills.
  • Decision-making and multitasking efficiently under pressure.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving. 
  • Comfortable working autonomously, with ambiguity and a sense of urgency 
  • A clear understanding of the North American university market. 
  • Based in Boston, or willing to relocate to work out of the EF/Hult Prize Boston office.  

Bonus points if…  

  • If you have experience working with NGOs, universities, and student groups.  
  • If you have knowledge of social entrepreneurship.  
  • If you have experience working at a nationwide program.
