Regional Head of Enrollment - Europe

Job Summary/Objective

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as the Regional Head of Enrollment for the Hult Undergraduate Program.  


This position will be based in one of Hult’s enrollment offices within Europe and will play a key role in leading and growing regional teams, with the key objective of growing undergraduate enrollments in European markets.

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead, manage and develop regional teams of managers and enrollment staff based across multiple offices.
  • Identify and lead regional marketing and enrollment initiatives to grow brand recognition locally and aligned the School’s objectives
  • Oversee key secondary school relationships with a focus on engaging their counsellors and student population.
  • Cultivate a collaborative, inclusive and high-performance team culture that is staff and student-centric.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team meets and exceeds enrollment targets.
  • Oversee the entire enrollment cycle within the region, directing priorities and identifying and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Regional budget management


Role Requirements  

  • 5+ years of recruiting, sales or marketing experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a staff management role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical skills. Ability to identify trends in data and combine with individual insights coming from the team or directly from students.
  •  Ability to travel for up to 50% of the time for 7-8 months of the year.
  • Frequent weekend work requirements (16+ weekends per year, mostly Saturdays)
  • Hybrid work from home policy, where a minimum of 3 days in the office is required. This is also subject to change.
