Human Resources (HR) is a critical partner, delivering prioritised value-add services that are pivotal to the University's success. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead the HR Recruitment Team. You will be the key point of contact for providing proactive recruitment advice and guidance to managers as well as supporting the day-to-day operations within the team.

This is a busy and varied role and the ideal candidate will be experienced and comfortable in taking ownership of recruitment administration at a high standard. Great organisation skills, flexibility, ability to use initiative and prioritisation of own workload to meet tight deadlines is also essential.

You will be a great relationship builder with excellent communication skills and will work collaboratively with other Team Leaders to lead, inspire and manage a team of administrators to deliver a high quality recruitment service whilst driving a programme of continuous process improvements.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37 hours a week.
