Unitemps is looking for a Recruitment Executive to join its vibrant team as part of its big growth plans. The successful candidate will look after a portfolio of clients who are nationwide. Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
To support the strategy and 5 year plan of Unitemps Warwick developing and expanding the Unitemps recruitment service with businesses in the local area and nationwide, achieving targets and contributing to growing the external business revenues via temporary and permanent assignments.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
New Business Development
• Carry out new business development activities including direct telesales, client meetings, mailshots, e-marketing and exhibiting at conferences in order to generate business.
• Provide research through new business to be used in targeting UK clients on individual assignments and preferred supplier relationships.
• Target new business development activities in the development of appropriate sales and marketing materials and at relevant conferences.
• Undertake competitor, customer and pricing analysis to identify and exploit new potential markets and benchmark Unitemps’ offerings to competitors.
Account Management
• Deliver an excellent level of service to the new and existing accounts of Unitemps.
• Uphold the University’s reputation through excellent customer service of a client base.
• Assist clients to identify their leadership/professional recruitment needs and develop a bespoke search/recruitment strategy for each assignment.
• Deliver outstanding levels of communication and management of expectations throughout the process to ensure the client is fully aware of developments and delighted with service provided.

The Person Specification focuses on the knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications required to undertake the role effectively. This is measured by (a) Application Form, (b) Test/Exercise, (c) Interview, (d) Presentation.

Recruitment Experience (a,c)

Experience of presenting and liaising within large organisations, developing long-term relationships with decision makers at all levels (a,c)

A sound understanding of the temporary recruitment market, with proven experience in business-to-business sales (a,c)

Excellent communication skills will be required as the role will involve assisting with the delivery of presentations to prospective clients and at networking events (a,c)

The ability to produce convincing sales materials, sales and marketing strategies, plans and reports (a,c)
