Job description

HIRED provides careers, employability, and placement services to our students. We currently have a vacancy for a Recruitment Consultant (Unitemps). The role of the Recruitment Consultant is to support students to gain valuable work experience and employability skills. Duties include the prompt and efficient advertising of all vacancies, shortlisting of candidates, interview arrangements, administration of placed candidates and undertaking contract and price negotiations with clients.

You will develop strong links with our Schools and Departments regarding the service as well as engage directly with employers to source and develop partnership and opportunities. Including the identification of sales leads, through telesales marketing, client prospect meetings and development of sales and marketing materials and campaigns.

You will have relevant experience and experience in a client-facing role. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, the ability to work with a diverse range of clients, and proficiency in administration and the use of IT.
