We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator on a Fixed-term contract for 9 months (possible extension) based within our People Customer Service Centre.

You will be the first point of contact to our customers dealing with a range of onboarding and employment administration tasks such as raising and issuing contract paperwork and completing right to work checks. We need someone that can communicate effectively over the phone, e-mail, and able to log, amend and report where necessary. 

Applicants should have:

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer-focused administrative environment
  • The ability to competently use Microsoft, Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience in dealing with customers
  • Previous experience of working within a service centre would be an advantage
  • Experience of working within a recruitment onboarding process would be a distinct advantage
