The London BioScience Innovation Centre (LBIC) is London’s premier bio incubator.  LBIC provides state of the art laboratory and office space for bioscience related companies.  The Centre is owned and run by the Royal Veterinary College and is situated at the College’s Camden campus. The Centre currently supports over 60 companies.

We invite applicants for a part time receptionist role, 4 days per week (30 hours) Tuesday – Friday. The role will be based 3 days per week on the reception desk and 1 day per week based in the administration offices providing a level of basic administration support. 

The reception desk provides front of house support to all LBIC client companies, answering all calls through the main switchboard, greeting visitors to site, post handling and occasionally dealing with engineers and contractors. Administration duties include filing, placing orders, and preparation of paperwork for meetings.

Previous experience of reception work or within a customer service role is essential.
