Are you looking for an opportunity to join a professional, customer service focused 'Front of House' Reception team? 

If so, we are recruiting for a high-calibre Receptionist to join our team within the Estates and Facilities Department.  

Reporting to the Switchboard and Reception Supervisor the successful candidate will:

  • Provide a high quality reception service, with the emphasis on customer care
  • Be an efficient and effective first-point customer contact every time
  • Be highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Provide a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Assist with administrative tasks where required
  • Provide switchboard support when needed
  • Develop quality inter-departmental working relationships

You will:

  • Have a proven track record working as a receptionist 
  • Have a smart and professional appearance with exceptional communication skills 
  • Be able to demonstrate computer literacy and be proficient in Word and Excel
  • Good standard of written English
  • Computer literate, proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
