The University of Wolverhampton Business School is seeking to appoint an academic staff member to the new post of Reader in Research Methods. You will contribute to the provision of high quality research and teaching, the maintenance of high academic standards, the development of the Faculty’s portfolio of courses and generation of external income. You should have a PhD in a Business discipline and a track record of publications that can make a significant contribution to a successful outcome for any periodic research assessment exercise e.g. REF through research outputs and impact case studies as well as a track record of successful PhD supervision.

You will also contribute to the delivery and management of the portfolio of modules and courses on the Masters in Research or the Doctorate in Business Administration. We are keen for applications from candidates that have experience of course leadership on these courses or similar. In addition to PhD supervision you will also be expected to supervise dissertation students at both Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels.

The role will be based in Wolverhampton, but you are expected to work with our regional learning centres as well as nationally and internationally.
