An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Catering Services for an experienced Retail Operations Manager to provide leadership and development of the retail outlets. Reporting to the Head of Catering Services, the post holder will be supporting and guiding managers, supervisors and their teams to achieve the highest attainable standards in the provision of excellent facilities, product/brand quality and customer service & hospitality. The post holder will also be responsible for implementing and managing agreed strategic initiatives for developing operational effectiveness, the achievement of objectives and for maximising business revenue and profit.

Educated to HND level within catering (or equivalent industry experience), you will have  extensive knowledge of food safety and health and safety, with a track record of managing and delivering catering operations. A highly customer focused individual with a passion for excellence you will be an effective communicator with the ability to lead and inspire the team.  Financial awareness and an ability to manage within agreed budgets are also essential.
