We have a range of posts (full-time and part-time) and are looking for new colleagues who can help drive the service forward at this time of exciting change within Student Welfare at the University. We currently have 1.8 FTE posts available:
0.8 FTE (4 days per week)
1.0 FTE (5 days per week) – a job-share of two 0.5 FTE posts (2.5 days each) would be considered

The successful candidate will have extensive experience of providing short-term counselling within a public sector setting and be skilled in working with a range of clients from diverse backgrounds, as well as with a variety of presenting issues.

Candidates must hold BACP Accreditation, UKCP Registration, or equivalent registration  with HPC/ BABCP/ BPS/ BPC as a Counsellor/ Psychotherapist/ Counselling Psychologist. Applicants who do not meet the requirements for professional accreditation/registration will not be considered for this post.

This position will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Any offer of employment made is conditional on receipt of a satisfactory DBS check.
