Applications are invited for a post as a research associate in ocular surface disease. The role will involve running active research projects, developing protocols and ethics submissions, recruiting patients, assessing visual function, meeting report deadlines, performing data collection and entry and writing academic papers with guidance. The School of Optometry at Aston is the largest in the world and boasts substantial modern clinical teaching facilities. The School offers innovative undergraduate and postgraduate degree, on-campus and distance learning, programmes in Optometry. Our accredited courses combine high quality teaching with clinical learning in practice environments, including our on-campus professional patient clinics. You must have a PhD Doctorate, be a clinically trained eye care professional and we are particularly interested in expertise in corneal confocal imaging.
