Postgraduate and Professional Admissions Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our growing Postgraduate and Professional Admissions Team.  There are three roles available, all of which are being recruited to on a fixed term basis for 12 months.  

Under the direction of the Admissions Manager/Admissions Officer you will be responsible for processing Postgraduate and Professional applications within a specified time frame and service level agreement.  As a key part of the Postgraduate and Professional Admissions Team, you will provide comprehensive information, advice, and guidance to enquiries internally and externally to help to ensure that the  applicant journey is efficient and student focused.

The successful candidate will have experience of working (or volunteering) in an administrative role in an office environment, along with experience of handling enquiries and providing information to a range of customers in a busy environment.   A high level of accuracy and attention to detail and an ability to proactively resolve problems is essential for this role.
