Applications are invited for two new, innovative posts as a Clinical Pharmacist Teaching Fellow. Applicants must have a good first degree in pharmacy and current registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council as a pharmacist.

Successful applicants will work between Aston Pharmacy School, Aston University and University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (Queen Elizabeth Hospital site) spending half of their time at each location. They will work as part of the academic team at Aston Pharmacy School to contribute to, develop and enhance the teaching and scholarly activities of the school, with a focus on therapeutics and the practice of pharmacy. They will also provide specialised clinical pharmacy duties and specialty directorate support at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust, ensuring core clinical pharmacy activities relating to the delivery of safe and effective pharmaceutical care in the speciality of healthcare of older people.
