An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Undergraduate Admissions Team providing all aspects of administrative support for the Aston Medical School Admissions process.  

You will be responsible for ensuring that enquiries from applicants and potential applicants are dealt with in a timely manner, alongside organising and arranging MMIs/interviews and supporting the administration of DBS Checks and Occupational Health Checks.  As a key part of the Undergraduate Admissions Team, you will help to ensure that the undergraduate applicant journey is efficient and student focused. 

The successful candidate will have substantial administrative experience in either a similar role or of working in a busy environment along with experience of organising events.  A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role.    

This is an agile working role which enables flexibility to work from home and on campus.

Aston University is located within Birmingham City Centre and has accessible transport links, via bus or train, and a cycle to work scheme.  We offer a generous annual leave scheme with 25 days bookable leave and a further 13 days bank holiday and University closure days.
