An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to join Conference Aston, our award winning city centre hotel and conference venue.  Reporting to the Building Services Manager and working closely with the Sales team and Operations Manager, this is a great opportunity to join a busy venue at the heart of the UK's second city.

The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.  You will also have proven customer service skills to ensure all customers have a positive experience, with an eye for detail through taking personal pride in the reputation of our facilities and services.  Educated to GCSE level or equivalent, it is essential you will have a good working knowledge of ICT and email and basic knowledge of audio visual equipment.  Knowledge of hotel operating systems is desirable.

Your responsibilities will include ensuring customer requirements have been met according to their booking and assisting with any queries or requirements; planning work schedules and resources; controlling site security and ensuring customer safety and welfare.  The post holder will work 36.5 hours per week on a rota basis.  Shifts are between 21.30 - 07:10, working on a 5 out of 7 basis which includes weekends and bank holidays.
