Aston University’s Project Management Office was established to co-ordinate the delivery of a portfolio of improvement activity across the University, including Digital Aston – a multi-million programme to build a digital environment which meets the future needs and expectations of Aston’s beneficiaries.  

Reporting to the Director of Process & Quality Improvement, the successful applicant will undertake business analysis to support the improvement of Aston’s business systems and processes and further deploying the University's core enterprise platforms including Microsoft Power Platform and TOPdesk (Solve).

Applicants should be able to demonstrate evidence of the successful application of business analysis tools and techniques and be familiar with working on large scale projects throughout their lifecycle including in an Agile environment Experience of working with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Microsoft Dynamics and PowerBI, would be highly advantageous.
