Education and Academic Services / Teaching Quality Assurance and Enhancement

This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed-term basis until 31 July 2023.
Summary of the role
This post works as part of a team to provide outstanding administrative support for quality and standards activity facing the Faculty of Environment, Science and Economy. The post-holder will provide excellent customer service to academic staff and external examiners accessing the services offered by the Quality and Standards team and have responsibility for external examining processes, student surveys and the updating of modules and programmes to ensure correct information is provided to students.
About you
You should have excellent communication and IT skills with relevant administrative experience. You will have experience in a customer service role using databases and record systems.
