Join us at the world-leading CRUK Cambridge Institute. We're a unique department of the University of Cambridge, core funded by Cancer Research UK's charitable activities, and we're seeking to appoint two permanent Property Services Administrators.

The role holders will provide a responsive, co-ordinated and high-quality administration service, using their initiative; a 'first line of contact' for all types of Property Services related administration activities. They will need to manage and prioritise their workload to work in an independent manner, performing these duties to the highest level of accuracy and professionalism.

The Property Services administration team co-ordinates and oversees the administration operation of the wider Property Services function in all matters relating to the provision of building support services, including building maintenance, security, facilities, health & safety, sustainability, and project management. The team is required to administer the Departments service level agreements (SLA) and, using specialist software to produce performance-based documentation and reports to support the department. Successful candidates will gather and manipulate data on various aspects of the department as required, collating, analysing, and reporting data as necessary. We welcome applications from those wishing to work flexibly. We are seeking to recruit two 36.5 hours positions, full-time, on a permanent basis. The roles will work flexibly across the Property Services department, but will each be principally aligned to one of the following two portfolios:

  • Health & Safety operations
  • Sustainability operations
