About the opportunity

The Library Central Services team is looking for an experienced Project Team Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will work across a range of projects focused on client services, organising and preparing for project meetings and taking minutes, attend project meetings collaborating with the project lead, and support project activities undertaken by the Central Services and cross divisional teams. You will also be involved with promoting and assisting with Library events.

In addition, the role involves rostered work on frontline service points assisting with learning and research support enquiries. You will work on various identified tasks across the Library, at all Library sites.
