Can you provide administrative support and co-ordination for the NIHR Healthtech Research Centre for Surgical Technologies and Rehabilitation?  Do you have a background or interest in diagnostics, medical devices and digital technologies?  

With evidence of strong planning and coordination skills, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day coordination and management of the HRC’s activities and operations as set out by the Programme Manager.  You will be responsible for meeting and event management, developing marketing and dissemination materials, maintaining the HRC website and social media platforms. 

You will work as part of a team to ensure consistent support and delivery of HRC operations by providing high quality and effective administrative support, in accordance with programme priorities, timelines and policies.  You will be a member of the HRC Operational Group and Executive Committee and will work across the local partner institutes in the School of Medicine and the School of Mechanical Engineering.

NIHR Leeds Healthtech Research Centre is an extension of the highly successful NIHR Surgical MedTech Co-operative and a continuation of the productive partnership between LTHT and the University of Leeds. The partnership is concerned with working collaboratively with industry to develop new medical devices, healthcare technologies or technology-dependent interventions, which improve treatment and quality of life for patients.
