The Role

Are you a seasoned Digital Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and deliver innovative digital projects? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Digital Team; in this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and delivering digital projects that exceed our known limits whilst working on technical expansion and education with our organisation. There has never been a more exciting time to join our organisation, as Digital is really getting its spotlight and this role is at the helm!

You’ll take ownership of our digital projects and programmes:

· Ensuring delivery to agreed parameters of quality, time and cost, ensuring appropriate governance is followed.

· Actively managing the full remit of your projects, taking all cross-project impacts into account from scoping to briefing, technical support to milestone/stakeholder management.

· You’ll build and manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams as well as your direct reports – providing the much needed translation piece between technical colleagues and the rest of the organisation.

· Communicating effectively, tailoring messages to ensure that it is right for the audience and consistent with broader project/digital messaging.

· You’ll lead, track and manage project progress, providing helpful and accurate reporting to the organisation

What experience you'll need…

· A minimum of 2 years' experience, as either a Digital Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Digital Producer, Technical Project Manager or similar.

· Proficiency in project management methodologies, including issue resolution, risk management, work planning, resource management, and team coordination.

· Solid understanding of web development, system design, and technical project management.

· Strong working knowledge of content management systems, ideally Wordpress.

· Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

· A collaborative team player who contributes to best practices and knowledge sharing, while also being comfortable working independently.

· Highly adaptable and composed under pressure, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
