· Actively managing the full remit of your projects, taking all cross-project impacts into account from scoping to briefing, technical support to milestone/stakeholder management.
· You’ll build and manage stakeholder relationships across internal teams as well as your direct reports – providing the much needed translation piece between technical colleagues and the rest of the organisation.
· Communicating effectively, tailoring messages to ensure that it is right for the audience and consistent with broader project/digital messaging.
· You’ll lead, track and manage project progress, providing helpful and accurate reporting to the organisation
What experience you'll need…

· Proficiency in project management methodologies, including issue resolution, risk management, work planning, resource management, and team coordination.
· Solid understanding of web development, system design, and technical project management.
· Strong working knowledge of content management systems, ideally Wordpress.
· Experience working within Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
· A collaborative team player who contributes to best practices and knowledge sharing, while also being comfortable working independently.
· Highly adaptable and composed under pressure, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
