The starting salary will be from £20,411 on Grade D depending on qualifications and experience.

The University is experiencing a period of significant change, and has recently initiated significant system and process improvement projects in order to improve cost effectiveness and efficiency. The Future Finance Programme is aiming to transform finance and procurement services at the University.
Reporting to the Future Finance Project Manager, the primary purpose of this post is to provide high-level support to the Project Manager by assisting them to manage their priorities and workload through expert, proactive diary management and executive support.
In addition, they will act as the administrative lead for the Future Finance Projects; providing general administrative support to the core project team, coordinating project events and travel arrangements.
The post holder must be able to plan and prioritise a busy and varied workload, as they will be expected to contribute to a range of key projects and activities.
The role is challenging, and the postholder will be expected to exercise judgement to manage competing priorities in a very busy environment. An understanding of how to deal with sensitive and confidential information, as well as the possession of excellent inter-personal skills, is absolutely essential.
