The University of Nottingham is looking for a project administrator to help organise an exciting new project that will support the transformation of teaching, learning & assessment at the university.  

The project administrator will report into the programme manager and will be responsible for supporting a well-organised programme and contributing to an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing team. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to contribute towards a project that will deliver significant impact to the education & student experience at Nottingham University. 

Responsibilities include: being a key point of contact for administrative, reporting and project documentation enquiries relating to the e-Assessment programme; setting up, maintaining & updating important project documentation; organising meetings; communicating with the project team, including actions and deadlines; & supporting the set up of Project Management Office (PMO) processes for the programme. 

You will be based in the Libraries department, working on the Curriculum Management & e-Assessment programme.  

This is a 1-year, fixed-term contract. Hours of work are full-time (36.25 hours) ; however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week).
