The Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences is looking for two proactive and self-motivated Programmes Administrators to join our Taught Programmes Team in full time, fixed term posts. This is to cover two maternity leave posts, both starting in March 2024. One will end in December 2024 and the other in March 2025.
You will play a key role, working closely with other team members and academic staff to ensure the smooth and efficient administration and operation of our degree programmes within the Faculty.
Previous experience
You will have previous experience of working in an administrative support role (preferably with experience of student administration) or equivalent experience working in a busy office in an administrative role.
Key activities
- Day-to-day administrative support for degree programmes
- Student and staff enquiries
- Student data management
- Processing student assessments and results
- Arranging events like Open Days and Applicant Visit Days

- Effective communication skills are essential as you will work closely with your team, academic colleagues and students from across the world
