Programme Team Leader (LLB)

Based from one of our UK Study centres where Law courses are delivered: Birmingham, Manchester, London (Holborn/Tower Hill), or in our Coventry Head Office, with the opportunity for flexible working.

The Opportunity:

This role is to manage a team, delivering our new practice-ready LLB that aligns with the new Solicitors Qualifying Exam curriculum.

You will manage a team of lecturers to drive effective pedagogic strategies which meet the diverse needs of students, develop teaching, learning and assessment practices and contribute to the dissemination of good practice within their subject area. In addition, you will drive the development of new programme proposals and contribute to curriculum development, including planning, delivery, and assessment within the School of Law and to agreed quality frameworks.

About You:

First and foremost, you are an expert on English Law. Not only that, but you are highly motivated and committed to creating an inventive and excellent learning environment for our students. You will ensure a high-quality student experience, carrying out regular and systematic programme reviews to ensure that the curriculum and all learning materials remain current and relevant.

You will need to be qualified to postgraduate degree level in English Law or related discipline and hold a recognised HE Teaching Qualification and /or Advance HE Fellowship at FHEA/SFHEA level or commitment to gain within 12 months of appointment.

Previous experience of programme leadership would be advantageous as you will confidently lead and manage the Programme Team.
