We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Teaching Materials Manager to join our rapidly expanding Programme Teaching Materials team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational delivery of academic digital teaching materials for all accredited programmes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain influential stakeholder relationships internally and externally to advocate for digital learning and teaching materials.
  • Lead and support Programme Teaching Materials Administrators and Coordinator in delivering digital teaching materials projects for accredited programmes within required timeframes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful virtual learning environments.
  • Manage a team of junior Programme Teaching Materials staff.
  • Manage costs, including spend analysis and financial record-keeping.

Candidates should have proven people management experience, demonstrating leadership and a commitment to developing and coaching junior staff members. Project management expertise in handling the entire lifecycle of user-facing projects and digital products is essential. Additionally, a strong technical aptitude, the ability to manage time proactively and efficiently oversee multiple projects without sacrificing attention to detail are crucial.
