A fantastic opportunity has become available at Henley Business School based on our Greenlands campus by the river in Henley, for 2 proficient administrators. This is a varied role in a small friendly team and the successful applicant will start immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Raising, responding & checking financial requests (ie: PO’s/Invoices/sales orders/) within Agresso (our financial database)
  • Book travel/accommodation arrangements for faculty and business school staff
  • Support Colleagues with our programme scheduling tool - CMIS
  • Provide administrative support in the smooth running of the Programme Examiners meeting.
  • Supporting your colleagues during peak times.

The successful applicants will demonstrate:

  • Attention to detail; high level of accuracy and methodical working
  • an open flexible attitude, willingness to learn and develop skills and knowledge Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks to agreed timescales
  • Proven experience in IT skills using word processing and database package
