This role offers the opportunity for hybrid working – some time from either our Exeter or Penryn campuses and some from home.

The role

Exeter University is leading Russel Group University. The Strategic Delivery Unit sits at the heart of that transformation, and we are looking for high calibre, experienced individuals to come and join us as programme managers. If you relish variety, innovation and the opportunity to make a real difference, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidates will be people who have a strong track record of leading transformation projects and programmes to create new services and operating models. Working closely with the business, you will bring together the right project, HR, finance, IT and estates expertise to design and implement the future ways of working, structure, processes, systems and locations.
