The Programme Manager plays a key role in translating Oxford Said’s strategy into operational outcomes, collaborating with colleagues, and stakeholders internally (e.g. Programme Directors, Faculty, Business Development, Admissions, Careers, Colleges, Catering, Examinations, Facilities, Student Welfare, Alumni Relations, Marketing, Full-time Degrees and Executive Education) and externally (targeted Alumni, scholarship funders and external guest speakers in the public and private sectors) to ensure the quality of the World-Class student experience.

You will provide expert advice and guidance on decisions affecting Executive Degree programmes, to fellow administrators and faculty, particularly Programme Directors and faculty teaching on Executive Degrees.  Responsible for assuring the programme service quality and ensuring compliance with relevant University policies and legislation.

You will be responsible for monitoring service quality; developing and maintaining improvements to working methods; and collating, analysing and reporting on student evaluation data. Programme Managers require detailed knowledge and proficiency in their areas of responsibility, so that they are able to work on their own initiative and resolve issues independently.

To be considered you will have successful experience of project or event management in a higher education or professional environment, with the ability to work to tight and frequently changing priorities and deadlines, without compromising quality together with superior customer service skills and professional manner.

You will have demonstrable experience of managing budgets and able to interface and communicate confidently and effectively with senior executive level course participants from diverse global industry backgrounds.
