The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for a Programme Leader to join our new School of Criminal Justice which is in the process of being launched.

You will report into the Deputy Head of School, and be operationally responsible for all aspects of the running of all programmes in Criminal Justice, from the student experience through to academic rigour. This is a hands-on role, where you will be involved in a wide range of activities, from the development of teaching, learning and assessment practices, through to student satisfaction, progression and retention. You will need to be comfortable travelling with work, visiting our different study centres.

About You:

You will need to have a Masters Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject area, along with an excellent breadth and depth of specialist knowledge in your area. You will need significant and successful experience of learning, teaching and assessment experience in a relevant educational context, and have previous experience of managing undergraduate programmes.
