We are recruiting a number of Programme Coordinator positions within our Programme Services team based at our Egrove Park site in Kennington, Oxford. These are exciting opportunities to work within the fast paced Executive Education teams supporting both Open Programmes and Custom Executive Education.
As a Programme Coordinator you will be responsible for the planning, operations and delivery aspects of the programmes. You will report to a Programme Manager and will have an allocated portfolio of clients and programmes being the driving force behind each one, whilst at the same time ensuring consistency in every aspect of the programme lifecycle. You will provide outstanding customer service to participants and ensure arrangements run smoothly.
To be considered at shortlisting you will have the ability to confidently plan ahead and keep to strict timelines with project plans, be able to juggle many demanding tasks and projects at once and have meticulous attention to detail. The ability to provide best in class service to senior stakeholders, as well as guest speakers and participants, is also a must. Programmes will run during some weekends and evenings so flexibility will be needed.
