Our courses are enriched by up to date knowledge, research and commercial experience, and aimed at students and professionals at every stage of their career – from undergraduate through to postgraduate qualification programmes and Executive Education.
A number of exciting opportunities have arisen within our Programme Management area at our Greenlands Campus, Henley on Thames. We are looking to recruit experienced individuals to provide efficient and effective administration in support of a number of Henley Business School Qualification and Executive Education Programmes. As part of the team you will take ownership of your allocated Programmes/intakes from point of entry to graduation by means of providing a first-class, high quality customer service experience throughout the student’s relationship with Henley Business School.
The successful applicants will demonstrate:
- Strong verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and methodical working
- Experience of working in a customer-facing role and evidence of providing a high-quality service
- Experience of successfully organising events and/or workshops
- Pro-active and flexible approach
