Working with the Programme Area Managers, Postgraduate programmes and other key stakeholders to play a key role in a high-performing team that develops and improves the quality of customer service across a range of the business school’s Postgraduate programmes.

Support the consistent and integrated delivery of Henley’s Postgraduate and Undergraduate  programmes to ensure high-quality programme delivery and a positive Henley experience for all students during their studies.

You will have:

  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role and evidence of providing a high quality service
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills and the ability to prioritise and complete multiple tasks to agreed timescales
  • Ability to set up and maintain effective administrative systems and procedures
  • Ability to use own initiative and take proactive actions to resolve problems
