 About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Administrator join our Medical School Administration team within the Faculty of Health, Social Care and Medicine. The role includes the co-ordination of administrative processes relating to the progression of students undertaking postgraduate programmes within Edge Hill University Medical School. Whilst also meticulous tracking of students and processing of student’s assessments from submission to award. You will support planning, delivery and enquiries relating to all areas of the department’s modules and programmes to ensure smooth organization and management. This is an opportunity to be a part of an exciting development of a new medical school working in a varied, interesting and fast paced role, working within a high performing team.

About You

As a Programme Administrator you will:

  • Experience of working in an administrative, organisational role in a busy office as this will enable you to contribute to a high-quality student experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience in the use of record systems
  • Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, the ability to prioritise in order to meet deadlines to the required quality standards along with high levels of customer service
