A number of exciting opportunities have arisen within our Programme Management area of Henley Business School, Greenlands, supporting Postgraduate Programmes.  We are looking to recruit experienced individuals for an initial period of 11 months to provide efficient and effective administration in support of a number of Henley Business School Qualification and Executive Education Programmes.  As part of the team, you will take ownership of your allocated Programmes/intakes from point of entry to graduation by means of providing a first-class, high quality customer service experience throughout the student’s relationship with Henley Business School.   

The successful applicants will be required to support face-to-face workshops onsite from our Greenlands, Henley on Thames Campus however flexibility on campus location for non-workshop days is an option.

The successful applicants will demonstrate:    

  • Strong verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy and methodical working
  • Experience of working in a customer-facing role and evidence of providing a high-quality service
  • Experience of successfully organising events and/or workshops
  • A pro-active and flexible approach
