ABOUT THE ROLE

Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, you will assist the Head of Department to maintain, enhance and improve the Department and Faculty's national and international reputation in your academic field.  

Demonstrating your continued academic attainment and achievement, you will provide academic leadership through contribution to your discipline and the life and work of the Department and Faculty.

ABOUT THE TEAM

The role is offered within the Department of Sport, Exercise and Rehabilitation. As an externally recognised academic with a strong national and/or international reputation you will evidence sustained research output of a quality that is internationally excellent in terms of originality, significance, and rigour. 

As an experienced academic leader you will demonstrate success in the leadership and management of people, teams, and projects, in particular supporting the development of academic colleagues.

You should demonstrate definition and development of your academic field and have significant and sustained record of securing funding from a range of sources.
