22.5 hours per week, to be worked Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (9.00am – 5.30pm). Flexible working will be considered


Salary

Full time starting salary is normally in the range of £25,110 to £28,763 per annum, pro rata, with potential progression up to £35,951 per annum, pro rata (22.5 hours per week)

About the Role

Professional Skills is the flagship of our MK:U education design and runs across all our courses to deliver on our commitment to ensuring all our learners develop their professional skills as well as their technical skills.

You will be responsible for the logistics of delivery, talking to our clients and visiting lecturers, securing their time, and uploading learning materials. You will coordinate speaker sessions, develop module delivery timetables, and provide in-session support and facilitation.

You will also work flexibly across all our modules and courses proactively providing admin and delivery co-ordination support wherever you are needed. 

About you

We need someone with a ‘can do’ attitude who is motivated by getting things organised and by delivering great customer service. You will be comfortable talking to a range of clients and learners and will be able to demonstrate skills and capabilities in technology, customer service, problem solving and attention to detail.
