This is an exciting opportunity to join the Graduate Outcomes and Enterprise Directorate at Leeds Trinity University as a key member of the Directorates Management Team as we continue to develop and enhance our student employability offer as part of our Career-Led university mission.

This role will lead a team of placement professionals who have a broad remit which includes: facilitating curriculm embedded placement and work-based learning activities, the delivery of curriculm lectures and workshops and business development across the region. As well as leading the Professional Placements team, this role will develop a number of policies, procedures, systems and processes to ensure the service is delivering to exceptional standards and quality at all times across a range of work-based and placement learning models. Relationship building with stakeholders will be essential, including academic leaders, professional service departments and a range of external partners.

Experience of managing placement activity in a HE context would be a signific advantage, combined with an ability to lead and motivate a team through change, combined with excellent planning, organisational and project management skills.
