Production Manager

The University of Salford is now looking for a dedicated Production Manager to join the technical team in New Adelphi.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the seamless execution of live performances/events, a keen interest in the creative arts, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills when collaborating with students, staff and external companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for live events, productions, and projects within the School of Arts, Media & Creative Technology.
  • Coordinate and deliver support for a diverse range of events, both on-campus and externally.
  • Collaborate closely with the Theatre’s Technical and Events Teams, to ensure successful planning and execution.
  • Oversee the production management of touring student work, contributing significantly to the School's artistic program.
  • Manage the deployment of a large stock of technical resources across various spaces, balancing the needs of students, colleagues, and external clients.
