St Catharine’s College invites applications for the post of full-time Postgraduate Administrator to work in our Student Services department.  The main focus of the role is to provide administrative support for the College’s academic activities of postgraduate students.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external parties to support a broad range of tutorial and postgraduate student related matters.
  • Have excellent administrative skills - this role requires ensuring administrative resources and services work efficiently to support both students and academic staff.
  • Have demonstrable experience and/or the aptitude to use databases and manage administrative, financial and legal compliance processes to ensure efficiency.   
  • Be flexible to adapt to the needs of the College and be a strong team player.

  • Permanent position with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.

It is expected this will be a full time post and the hours will be 36.25 per week, to be worked throughout the year. Some weekend and evening work may occasionally be required.

The successful applicant will be required to serve a six-month probation period.
